my penis hurts really bad my underwear hurts it even more when it touches it and its been happening ever since i got out of the shower this morning if im going to be truthful i masturbated after i took a shower then i put on my underwear and it killed i cant sit down or anything what do i do and should a stop masturbating.

glad to help you with your problem,
1. as you said your penis hurt, while wearing underwear every time it rubs against it. moreover it also hurt when you masturbate.
dear this can happen if you have some kind of local inflammation due to some genital infection.
i suggest you should look for any lesion in and around glans, prepuce, shaft of your penis.
if they hurt on touching, having burning like sensation than its a high possibility of having a genital infection.
2. i would suggest you to avoid masturbation/sex for some time, keep genital hygiene, dont apply anything directly to your genitals, wash them regularly with luke warm water. consult a physician as well for further management.
