What Causes Discomfort In The Lower Abdomen?

Hi, my girlfriend and I work in different towns and we meet at least once every two weeks; you can imagine what hell of a night it is for both of us. Three times over a five year period she has been developing what starts as a mild discomfort in the lower abdomen to something that seems to be uterine contractions(accompanied by extreme pain that keep increasing in intensity as time goes by) after the nightly sex marathon. On this three occasions the doctor gives her something to kill the pain and places her on NO sex for the next one week. By the way, we are free from any STI s. What could be her problem?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome
The pain appears to be related to the excessive sexual intercourse during the time you meet each other. As the doctor has examined her and given her analgesic, it is less likely to be anything serious.
Hope this helps
Take care
