What Causes Discomfort In Genitals After Sexual Intercourse?

Hi, about a day and a half ago i had fairly vigorous intercourse with a partner, i think we not have used enough lube because the next morning and this morning, i am rather sore and irritated down there, is it possible i have friction burn and is there anything i can do to heal/sooth it

Looking at your history this could be due to inflammation of penis due to rough and vigorous sex

I would advise you to wash it with antiseptic solutions and keep it moist for rapid healing
You can apply antibiotic ointment like mupirocin or soframycin

Use condom during sex for few days
Hot water bath or hot packs will definitely help you
Maintain good hygiene

if it persists or worsens please consult your doctor your examination and a course of antibiotics
You can take ibuprofen for pain
wear scrotal support for 10 to 15 days
