What Causes Discomfort In Eyes After Pakic Lens Implantation?

I had a pakic lens implanted in my eye 6 months ago and there have been some problems since. I am told it is possible the lens was placed on a nerve and the lens has now been repositioned. I am still getting some discomfort. If the nerve has been disrupted is it posssible it will calm down in time - now the lens is not aggravating the nerve?
