What Causes Discomfort In Chest And Suggest Treatment

I ate in too hurried a manner and appear to have aspirated a pea. After a great deal of coughing, I seem unable to cough it out. My breathing is fine. I do have a small degree of discomfort in my chest but it is unclear if this is from coughing fit or from anything else. I wonder if a bit of exercise might be helpful to clear any particles from my lungs. Does something like this work? I have a asthma and a history of pneumonia (5x in the last 9 years - both viral and bacterial), so I am, perhaps, overly cautious. I am curious about the use of exercise, in particular, and wonder if you any thoughts on this.

If u have aspirated a pea then I think its better to look for it by doing a virtual bronchoscopy or a bronchoscopy. We can remove it by doing a bronchoscopy then.
If it stays there certainly there is a chance that it may cause a pneumonia and recurrent coughing
