What Causes Discomfort Below The Ribs?
Hi hope you can help. I m experiencing some weird feeling just below my ribs. It feels Lik somines pushing on it. There s no pain but it it most annoying. I also felt a tight chest at football. I m 20 years old and play football three times a week and go to the gym every week day. Hope you can help thanks Keiran.

I recommend you to visit a cardiologist and do an ECG and a cardiac sonography to be sure your heart is ok. Meanwhile do not force yourself too much.
