What Causes Discomfort And Pain In The Knees Upon Walking?
Hey so my family usually have bad knees and my knee but my knee lately doesnt hurt but i had felt like when i walk that my knee was gonna break or something it hurt then. But i didnt have no swelling or redness. But then a couple of days afterward it stopped hurting. I can walk but then i discovered when i keep my right knee straight and bend my left knee it starts to shake real bad and almost feels like my knee is becoming very weak. So could u tell me what is wrong with my knee. Or any suggestions. My parents say cuz i need to run or whatever and im really not that overweight at all. I can run and walk. My ankles dont hurt but my knee hurt simply when i was just walking. And sometimes it stopped but then it started to hurt again. So please help me. I dont do athletics or really run. So i dont think its runners knee. Please help me!

What Causes Discomfort And Pain In The Knees Upon Walking?
Hello, It could be due to ligament sprain or meniscus injury. Consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan for further assessment. As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
