What Causes Discomfort And Pain In Rib Cage?
I have this annoying discomfort for years & now starting to feel slight pain as if something gets caught or squeezed inside my rib cage, on the left side below the breast area. The pain is not coming from my breast, it s inside the rib cage. Would that be my spleen?

The nature and site of pain is most likely related to heart pain rather than spleen.
You should consult your doctor depending on your clinical examination there may be need of ECG, cardiac enzymes, 2DEcho, chest xray or ultrasonography of abdomen.
