What Causes Discolored Painful Veins In Legs And Arms And Night Sweats?
I have been to cleveland clinic and providence hospital in michigan. I am actually admitted right now, scheduled for a biopsy on the dark veins in my legs which are sensitive and painful to touch. Started with a fever of 103 for 37 days in a row. negative liver, biopsy of lymph node ,and bone marrow. Very painful, I have pictures. Best guess up until this point is vasculitis and adult onset stills disease. YYYY@YYYY I will send you pictures within seconds so that you can see.Veins are discolored painful and go from feet to arms to head. Night sweats were prominent but after large steroid doses to suppress immune system that have tapered. Negative for following, HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, every other thing that running a cbc four times a day will tell you.

IN the given situation of Yours,You seem to suffer from-Thrombophlebitis with fever-?Stills Disease(AOSD-Acute Onset Stills Disease) with ? APLS(Anti Phsopho Lipid antibody Syndrome).
Its an autoimmune disease-confirmed with the ANA test.
Other causes as -Systemic-Juvinile onset still disease / and Macrophage Activation disease needs to be ruled out.
IGRA blood test to rule out-hidden active TB would be needed to confirm cause of fever with dark veins.Search for diagnosis of dysbiosis of the colonic microbiota needed to see if it is causing these complaints.Other PUO needs to be verified.
