What Causes Discoloration In The Genital Area Of A Diabetic Patient?

I am turning 65 in October and have been widowed for almost two years. I take a weekly injectible for Diabetes , plus high blood pressure medicine and a statin for cholesterol. I also take Zoloft as I have panic attacks with out it. This sounds horrible but my genital area appears to be turning a dark almost gray color. Is this normal at my age, or what could it be a sympton of? I feel fine.
