I will be 65 in April. I noticed the last couple of days I have some clear discharge. Not a lot and now I just noticed a small amount of blood. Have not had sex for several years.

Hello,
Firstly, please make sure that you have the bloody discharge is from the vagina. You need to get a speculum exam to look for local causes, if necessary get a pap smear and swabs in addition to colposcopy. Urinalysis also should be done to exclude urinary causes. If infection of the vagina and/or cervix is the cause, it should be treated through oral and local medication. If dryness is the cause, lubricants and if needed, estrogen pessaries may be used. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
