ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

After mastoidectomy clear watery or yellowish colour discharge can be present for 4 week and blood stained discharge can be there for 2 week. This discharge comes from the healing epithelial lining from the mastoid cavity. But if the discharge is yellowish and foul smelling then start an antibiotic Augmentin and tablet Levocetrizine. Take ciplox ear drops. Do not wet ear.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
