What Causes Digestion Problem And Back Pain?

I am 44, female, 145 pounds, five foot seven - I have digestive problems (digestion seems to stop and area seems to harden) at the same time that I have side pain (mid ribs) and middle back pain - feels like I end up tilting to one side. Has been going on for ten years and have had CT, MRI and ultrasound of the front rib cage but no answers. Sure it is not soft tissue.

Get an H Pylori serology done first and if its normal.....You may require an Upper GI endoscopy to see whats going on in there. Till then take Cap Omeprazole 40mg once before breakfast and Tab. Ganaton 150mg once before breakfast....both tablets for 2 weeks.
