im 26 yrs old my bp is 160/100 i have digestion problem and anal fissure for past 1 year i went to physician who gave me tablets now it is 140/100 but i feel abdomen was very big and tight even in ultra sound scan every thing is normal only for past one year i feel like this erectile dysfunction too pls sujjest me what to do
