What Causes Difficulty In Walking And Pain In Hip?

Hi Dr, I have a diffuse disc bulge At L3/4 causing mild to moderate focal indentation on the anterior thecal sac. I am having a lot of trouble walking comfortably and the pain has spread to my right hip. Are these symptoms normal for what the scan shows

You may need to go for surgical correction of it, please consult a Neuro surgeon and get operated for it. You will not be having Pain after fully recovering from the surgery.
