my grandson is three years old. a patient of hypospadias from his birth . he had his surgery done in Seoul in Korea . but every months he is unable to pass his urine . we have to rush to Seoul. Dilation is done by the doctor and it becomes ok. However this time the dr said there is a stricture inside. He also told the mother to dilate at home . I wanted to know is it really possible to do at home? wont the child scream with pain? Or if we take him to a urologist here can any urologist can do that????can any injury happen and if his urethra is ruptures than????
