What Causes Difficulty In Urinating While On Dicyclomine?
I was prescribed Dicyclomine 20 mg. yesterday for severe ulcertive colitis. I took 20 mg 1 hour before eating dinner at 5 P.M. I woke up at 12 a.m. unable to urinate just a tiny bit and felt like i really need to go bad. I had extreme cotton mouth all night and day. I was able to release my urine fully at 3:15 p.m. today. Is that a common side effect of this drug? Thank you Josh Balazs I am 30 years old and have been in remission for 4 years, YYYY@YYYY

Try drotoverine as that has lesser such symptoms .
Or ask your doctor to advise some other drug for colitis .
