What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing?

I have a problem swallowing my lorax feels like it is getting smaller... I cannot eat or drink ...getting weak day by day what is my illness...I feel like I have sores around the inside lining walls by my adams apple....please help... tell me what I have. ? I do smoke cigs, drink only on certain occasion...it has been 3 days with this pain please, please help me Thank You.

May I suggest you meet with your local GP as your concerns may be associated with cigarette smoking or due to other causes. Best to outrule for your own peace of mind.They may have to refer you to a Gastroenterologist or ENT specialist depending on the symptoms and physical signs noted on your review.
