i am 34 old person, taking atenolol 50 mg + Lasartan potassium 50 mg daily for last 12 years as i was diagnose for hypertension i am also taking allupurinol 100 mg daily for last 10 years. i have a first ultrasound report as concern hypertension and doctor said that something is wrong in that ultrasound report after that a long series of test such as blood,urine, renal scan ,echo has been performed and all are normal and MRI angiography for kidneys was also performed as i reported my doctor that bleeding in my urine. But last month i found that my body temp. rises 100 degree or above once it gone to 103 degree as go out my house for my job of teaching, the fever is not coming during for some particular time of day but my body temp. rises as i am go out and walk for some distance after that i went for a doctor he told me that it could be typhoid and asked for some blood and urine test like CBC, for typhoid but all are normal he prescribed me to take cefixime 400 mg 2 tab + Azithromycin 500 mg 1 tab for 15 days but nothing happened no change in body temperature pattern then he started monocef 2g once a day for seven days with oral dosage of cefixime 400 mg 2 tab + Azithromycin 500 mg 1 tab daily but nothing happened then he told me to go for tb gold test, the tb gold result was positive and then he started AKT-4 and now i am on AKT-4 for last 6 days but the fever pattern is same till the date. i forgot to mention that my chest X-Ray and ultrasound (whole abdomen) are normal .yesterday i found difficulty in swallowing saliva, and i have cough with burning of chest. what i have to do help me. is AKT-4 kill other bacteria other than that for tb or some one take other antibiotics wit AKT-4 ?
