What Causes Difficulty In Passing Stools?

hi, i'm a 26 year-old female and i recently have noticed a change in my bowel, about 2 weeks to a month ago. though i had these problems before, i think they are not as severe. i tend to strain more just to pass out the stool and tend to pass gas and belch more frequently. my stomach is bloated and stretched and feel full even after a light meal. my stools are also narrower, though when i took some fiber supplement they got formed and was not kind of mushy anymore. i do not regularly eat veggies and eat more of meat and i take only small amounts of water, i also do not do a lot of exercise. previously i tend to get a cycle of constipation followed by loose bowel.

- Drink plenty of liquids .
- Consume more of green veg , whole grains , cereals , pulses , legumes ,
organic fresh fruits .
- Avoid oily , spicy , non veg , hot beverages , junk foods till possible .
- Addition of bulk forming laxative as Ispaghula husk 3 teaspoonful at
night with a glass of drinking lukewarm water .
- Regular walking in fresh air , exercises , YOGA help great .
