What Causes Difficulty In Having Sex?

Hi, I got married 3 months before, I tried to have sex with my wife, but I am unable to insert my penis into my wife's pussy. I tried many times, with different position, but unable to insert my penis.I am NOT impotent, I could see Stiffness in my penis, But NOT sure what could be the problem.
