Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I have gone through your query and would like to offer my opinion. 1. It is good that your natural periods have returned after cessation of hormone contraception. It remains to be seen if ovulation is occurring regularly. Regular menstruation is possible with anovulatory cycles as well. So, follicular studies and basal body temperature charts can help to establish ovulation. 2. Tubal patency tests should be done if you fail to conceive with six months of regular ovulation. 3. Other hormone imbalances also should be checked. Please see a specialist for further help.Take care.
