What Causes Difficulty In Emptying Bowel Movement And Bloating?

I am not able to evacuate my stomach in the mornings and feel like having gas trouble.i want to get rid of my bloated stomach and to keep my stomach with normal metabolism.i try to eat healthy with minimum junk foods n try to include fruits n vegetables in my diet

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Avoid chewing gum.
-Limit your intake of carbonated drinks.
-Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils.
-Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw.
-Use lactose-free dairy products (if you are lactose intolerant).
