Im 23yrs of age trying to conceive when I get pregnant I get miscarages.when its my cycle tym its not usual my days are mixed up,my blood is not red its brown and watery.went to clinic and they gave me famynor white tables should I be worried or will they help me get pregnant

there are many details that should be considered to give you appropriate answers. First you talk of irregular periods, how irregular is it? does it skip some months or rather it skips some days in case it could be normal!
The miscarriages, at what gestational or pregnancy ages do there occur? what is your blood group etc. Miscarriages could be cause by infections, abnomality of the uterus, chromosomal disrders etc.
Menses normally should be dark red blood should be normal in duration and quantity. Abnormal menses could be due to infections.
So there are many details to be considered and investigated. Consulting a gynecologist will be the best option.
