Hello and welcome to HCM,
Experiencing pain during intercourse, white colored discharge during urination and itching around the vagina are suggestive of infection.
I suggest you to get microbiological examination of discharge and urine examination also.
These investigations will detect evidence of infection and if infection is detected appropriate antibiotic treatment can be prescribed.
Pain during intercourse can also be due to infection.
Thus, you need to observe the symptoms after antibiotic course is over.
If the symptoms still persist then other cause of symptoms need to be found out.

Thanks and take care
