What Causes Difficulty In Conceiving After A Salpingectomy?
My Friend aged 37 had right salpingectomy due to ectopic pregnancy 2years back then she refrained from conceiving her monthlycles are regular but still now she is unable to convince as she is trying hard since 6months now she wants to know what could be the possible reason?

If she had a salpingectomy 2 years before this means that despite ovulation the eggs can't reach the spermatozoids. The good thing is the eggs on the other ovary can ovulate and reach the spermatozoids in another tube. So pregnancy is possible despite one side salpingectomy.
