What Causes Difficulty In Breathing And Leg Pain While On Xarelto?

My friend is taking Xarelto for a blood thinning agent due to her having blood clots in her lungs and legs. Ever since then she has had extreme difficulty breathing and constant pain in her legs. She has been to a lung doctor and has had several tests - MRIs, CT scans, sleep apnea testing, testing for her heart, and use of a CPAP. Results of the tests do not show any problems. Can you recommend what she and the doctors can do next?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the formation of clot in system so that could be the cause of symptoms she has, Doppler study can be thought, cardio-thoracic surgeon can be consulted for opinion hope this information helps.
