Hello,

Asthmatic condition may be due to allergic disorders and it demands the long term treatment but it is the self-limiting and may aggravate with some trigger factors, and allergens.

Hiatal hernia may not need any treatment if is the marginal but severe type of hiatal hernia of course need surgical repairs, Esophagitis is the common symptoms (Inflammation of esophagus) and it is happening due to acid reflex phenomenon.

I actually put my all the patients those are coming with GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease) on tablet Omeprazole with Domperidone drug once in day for five days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
