What Causes Difficulty For A Pectoral Muscle To Flex?
I don t have cancer or anything. It s more of a muscular imbalance or some kind of injury that I sustained long ago. When I flex my pecs my right pec doesn t flex properly. The muscle kind of bunches up in the center of the pec instead of being pulled tight to the sternum. What is going on?
