What causes difficulty breathing?

Feels like my heart is regurgitating blood, feel it all the way to my neck! Takes my breath away or i stop breathing for a second! Been having for about 2weeks now but not everyday, but tonight more frequently!!!! I am trying to not panic......no medications! Also having dizzie spells

I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you should immediately consult cardiologist and get done
1. ECG
2. 2d echo
To rule out cardiac cause.
If both are negative then no need to worry much for cardiac cause.
You may have anxiety and related symptoms.
So consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
Avoid stress and tension. Be relax and calm.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
