What Causes Difficult Urination With Tingling Sensations?

Having difficulty urinating Feel like I need to go but just tinkle when I do. Have drank coffee, water and cranberry juice but just tinkling. My stomach is bloated and now my back is hurting in the back on each side Don t know what it could be or what I can do for it??

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. If needed go for culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take antibiotics accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. It is prescription based drug so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
