Although your partner s semen analysis is normal and your ovulation is proper, yet there is difficulty in conceiving probably because of obstruction or narrowing of Fallopian tubes. Hence, kindly check for patency of tubes by getting Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) done to know weather the tubes are patent or not. In case, tubes are patent, you can try for another 3 months by timing it right. If it doesn t happen naturally, you can go for assisted techniques like Intra-uterune insemnatiin (IUI). If the tubes are not patent, you need to go for assisted reproductive methods like invitro fertilization (IVF).
