What Causes Diarrhea,abdominal Pain And Mouth Ulcers?
aged 27, 5 foot 2, 8 stone 6 one child aged 8 . had a colonscopy, the camera wouldn't go around so they had to cancel this happen three times, as then i attended a MRI scan for bad guts the medication when straight through me, I get mouth ulcers every week, under 5 at a time, diaheera, pain in the lower right side near the hip bone and under my right rib, leg ache, MRI come back as i have friboids, the specialist diagnosed IBS.. but im unsure about his medical view on this, there saying month ulcers and bad gut do not coinside with each other. Ive been like this for 3 years and Ive had enough,

Respected Sir, diarrhoea and abdominal pain correlating with IBS truely but in my opinion mouth ulcers are most probably related to B12 deficiencyalong with other trace elements deficiency due to malabsorption through gut ,might be some added factors correlating intake and oral hygiene with certain habits also which we have to consider with clinical history taking as well as thourough examination of the patient.Thanks, regards
