What Causes Diarrhea, Stomachache And Blood In Stool?

I have had really bad stomach problems for the past several weeks, really bad diarrhea, anytime I eat something my stomach hurts, and there has even been blood in the stool, I have been told it s just a gluten sensitivity but I don t know if that is accurate?

From your description, it looks like a case of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Its an inflammation of intestines (mostly large intestine) from unknown cause, resulting in increase motility and evacuation of bowels. Sometimes multiple ulceration can also be seen on endoscopic examination, and these ulcers may result in blood in stools.
i would recommend a visit to a Gastro-enterologist for diagnosis.
