You might have simple
stomach upset like flu or having simple
functional bowel disease.
For bloating relief take more water and fruits with fiber containing food like apple, bannana, wheat bran etc.
Avoid excess spicy food and avoid stress.
You have mentioned right side pain of abdomen.If you also have yellow urine with abdomen pain then measure your liver enzyme study to rule out liver problem.
If you have
diarrhea and menstrual problem with your sweating then thyroid profile has to be done.
In your diet use omega 3 fatty acid containing oil that can be useful for reducing gastrointestinal inflammation.
