What Causes Diarrhea, Rashes And Fatigue?

Hello,

about 6-7 weeks ago I started to have sever diarrhea and stomach problems for about 2 days. The symptoms got a little better but I still have diarrhea (which varies in intensity). I have been to th doctor he sampled my stool, but without any results. I also had a rash during last week and general feel fatigue. Not sure what else to do. I was thinking of some it could be some kind of salmonella or Shigellosis, but I guess the stool sample would have revealed that, right?

Thanks,
Michael
