What Causes Diarrhea, Nausea And Lack Of Appetite?

the whole month of september I had watery diarrhea it has since gotten a little better not as watery but very very soft (not like it was before) also have abdominal cramps, very gasey, nausea, loss of appitite. Still have all and now im very tired and feel bloated all the time no matter what. All my clothes are tight.

Any suggestions? I did go camping labor day weekend.

I am 37, I was 132 lbs (feel 150 lbs) and over all healthy.

I take 2 fish oil eggs a day and " I cool " for hot flashes and nature's made sleep aid
