What Causes Diarrhea, Nausea And Abdominal Pain Despite Being On A Healthy Diet?
Hi - I have abdominal pain, left side flank, that wraps from my back just under my rib cage around to the front below my rib cage. I also have nausea, diarrhea (dark in color). The nausea is always worse in the morning. I have not eaten much of anything in the last 4 days, mostly fluids. Oatmeal, a banana, basic chicken soup, and fluids are the only thing I ve been able to tolerate. A visit to the emergency room indicates that per EKG, CAT scan, and blood work, no outside abnormalities were found. I m miserable, and I can t get definitive answers from anyone. Any suggestions?
