What Causes Diarrhea In Babies?
I changed my twins milk from aptamil comfort to aptamil first two weeks ago as we have weane onto two meals a day and there's a £3 difference in price. Since changing both babies have very loose watery yellow stools that smell awful and are making them very sore. Should we change back??

I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned the age of baby, the diarrhea is self limiting symptom and that does not need any treatment only hydration is matter or if there is any intestinal infection and that is proven clinically and pathologically, then and then this needs treatment otherwise this comes around on its own, take care and have nice day.
