What Causes Diarrhea In An Infant?

My son is 2 months old for one month I gave him breastfeeding + formula milk due to constipation I replaced the formula milk with fresh milk. Since then his stool was normal but from last 2 weeks the motion becomes watery and comes to 6 to 7 motions a day. There s no symptoms of dehydration or fever. I m much worried abt hisloose motions.
