What Causes Diarrhea, Headache, Vomiting, Joint Pain, Hives, Stomach Cramps After Oral Sex?

Hello, I have asked a doctor (a different website) a question online and was confused and want to reassure myself. I am a male who had oral sex (I was the giver) to a prostitute. I put my tongue in her vagina for about 5 seconds. After that incident I had diarrhea, headaches, vomiting, pain in my joints, hives, fever, stomach cramps for about a 3-4 days later. The second week after this incident I didn't feel those things but I had a white line appearing my cheek gums called Lichen Planus It wasn't that extensive. It appears now and fades away often. in addition cramps in stomach, growling in abdomen and headaches. As far as my on going symptoms I still feel growling in the abdomen, occasional headaches, and pain in joints especially in the tibia are of the leg. My mouth also feels dry. I got the STI test done after 1 and half week after this incident and it came back all negative. The test was done from Labcorp. Is it possible that I have Gonorrhea in the Joints? Also how you explain my condition. Do you think I need any medication. Also do you think I would need to get Throat Swab Culture done to check for gonnerhea in the mouth because of the dryness?.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
One can get all these symptoms even in the absence of STD/HIV, following oral sex through contamination or through air born infection (bacteria or viral). However may one be clean, we could not rule out the pathogenic bacterial present over genital flora that can cause such symptoms.
Testing for STD/HIV after 1 and half week is not the ideal time to get tested. They have to repeated after 4-6 weeks which could include a throat swab for culture for STD/ non STD organisms.
