Hi, If you have symptoms of diarrhea since long time and it is not happening in regular interval without any severe condition then it may be nonspecific and it may not be ill condition, at the most it could be due to dyspepsia again it is not the pure form of disease, here the hydration and other associated symptoms would be matter of concern, like, fever, vomiting, abdomen pain if these are absent then it is nothing to worry, Still I would advise you to get done the stool examination just because the symptoms are chronic one, second on tentative basis you can try Sacnidazole tablet of single dose, Hope this information helps.
