What Causes Diarrhea And Vomiting After Taking MDMA?
I took what was supposed to be mdma on saturday night, and from sunday night to present time ive had diahrea and vomiting, everything ive tried to eat or drink just comes back up within 20 minutes including just plain water. Do you know if this is serious or what i can do to get back to normal?

It seems to be dyspepsia (indigestion) and this may not be due to MDMA, MDMA can cause the serious life threatening side effects and that is in numbers but not diarrhea and vomiting.
If this is the ever symptoms of MDMA then it would be included in those high numbers of side effects.
Just wait for some time if the symptoms persist then you have to see the ER, take care.
