What Causes Diarrhea And Stomach Discomfort Along With Liver Pain?

I have always had trouble with my digestion. For the past for months I have had diarrhea and cant eat anything without severe stomach turbulence. I have a sharp pain in my back left side around the liver gallbladder and kidney. Ive felt pain before there but it was always a dull ache. Now its a sharp sensation... What could be happening?

Hello.
The diarrhea requires a stool sample for cultures since you may have a bacterial intestinal infection as with E coli, salmonella or C diff.

You may also have an H pylori stomach infection since that can also cause your symptoms.

You also need colonoscopy to check for inflammatory bowel disease like ulcerative colitis.

All of this can be effectively treated but you need to have a doctor do the proper studies first
