What Causes Diarrhea And Stomach Cramps After A Rectocele Repair?
Hi I had rectocele repair 5 weeks ago. 4 was abx for suspected infection and 4 weeks diarrhoea ...yesterday after a usual bad stomach cramping and watery diarrhoea I passed a satsuma sized congealed dark brown lump from bowels .... it was like a lump of congealed jelly could this have been bm or a hematoma ??

It is likely a hematoma based on your description. It may only be old blood from the surgical repair but it would be best to be reassessed by your doctor if it repeats or you continue to feel unwell.
