What Causes Diarrhea And Severe Headache?

hi there, a few days ago i passed a hard stool that had a little bright red blood on it. yesterday, it seemed to improve with no blood. today i ve had a terrible headache with watery diarrhea - every twenty minutes or so. i m drinking lots of water now, and am sticking to a BRAT diet. should i go to the ER? at what point should i do that? thank you!

hello, i think you have got issue of acute diarrheal infection. please rehydrate yourself with preferebly electrolyte solution like O.R.S. or other electrolyte combination solution available in market. avoid drinking coffee or tea in excess amounts and avoid energy drinks. take probiotics for few days to improve gut's good bacterial counts. avoid excessive greasy or spicy or carbohydrate rich food as of now. in case your diarrhea still persists, please visit your nearest ER so that they may look up.
and you may be having hemorrhoids or fissure for your issue of blood in stools.
