What Causes Diarrhea And Nausea When On Gluten Free Diet?
Hi, I have been strictly gluten free for 17 months and still get very runny motions early in the day, 2 to 4 times. I often feel nauseous and I have only eaten my own food. I know milk hates me so I never drink it but haven t been tested for lactose intolerance. I know it runs in the family

Hello,
You are suffering from Coeliac disease. Sometimes in spite of taking gluten free diets may cause watery diarrhoea due to other causes like changes in intestinal floras, some other associated autoimmune disorder like lactose intolerance, tropical sprue.
You can take Probiotics thrice a day with a 7 days course of Metronidazole 400 mg thrice a day.
