What Causes Diarrhea And Left-sided Pelvic Pain?

I have been experiencing diarrhea severe pain on my left side around my ovarian area very tender to touch sever bloating i have gained 10 pounds in one week no change in my eating habits at all. i have severe lower back pain on my left side and middle of my back by my kidney area i just was at the doctor 2 days ago and they ruled out pancriitis kidney problems bladder problems they did a blood work and all results came back normal I have had these health issues off and on for 3 months however the last 3 weeks it has been unbearable i have seemed medical attention had an mir and to no avail please help me figure this out .
