What Causes Diarrhea And Frequent Bowel Movements?

i have had gastro problems for a few months now. and i seem to be having frequent bowel movements that are either diarrhea or soft stools. i have had a few normal stools but mostly soft or diarrhea. also my stomach rumbles quite a bit. also ive noticed everytime i wake up i have a bowel movement. i also noticed that there are these little tiny red looking veins grouped together by what seems to be a branchy looking bacteria. and sometimes i see just the little red veins outside of the stool with nothing on it. i also notice little black/brown seeds. is this a worm/parasite infection?

As you mentioned you have problem in bowel movement and abnormal color of stool that may be because of infection or food intolerance or other reasons.
Stool sample test is helpful for further diagnosis.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Detail history and investigation give exact idea about problems.
If infection is present than start proper antibiotics under doctor's suggestion..
