What Causes Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain?

I have been having pain on my right side most of the day. I had my husband push around on my abdomen (in the area it hurts) and its very painful. Looked up on what it could be and the only symptoms I have is diarrhea and abdominal pain. Couldnit be gas or a pulled muscle? Its difficult to bend over and sit certain ways. I do mot want to go to the hospital and look.like an idiot if its something simple as gas.

For treatment of diarrhea and abdominal pain you can take some antibiotic preferably oflox-oz or zifi-oz after an expert advice along with cap omez-d or cap rekool-d empty stomach one hour before meal. You can take nitazoxanide twice daily for at-least 5 days to get rid of diarrhea completely with cyclopam or meftal-spaz for stomach pain. Maintain the hydration of the body by taking plenty of oral fluids or ORS which ever is available.
